Strawberries are another fruit that you have to be careful with because of it’s high sugar content. They are however dense with Vitamin C along with antioxidants and malic acid. Another reason to be careful with strawberries, the high acid content can be dangerous to your teeth enamel, but malic acid is a natural whitener.

Here’s another drink that can potentially be an aid for your oral health. The key word here is potentially! Black and green tea alone, are high in fluoride and polyphenols, both bacteria fighting and toxic reducing elements. This is only true if you refrain from adding any type of sugar to your tea. It may not taste as good, but your smile will be brighter in the long run.
Meat, along with fish and even tofu are packed with phosphorus. Consumption of these foods can also counteract the acidic production and help build up lost minerals in your teeth from the decaying process.
